Bunceton volleyball coach Casandra Goyer said silly mistakes cost the Lady Dragons in a two set loss Tuesday night at the hands of the Otterville Lady Eagles by the scores of 25-20 and 25-10.
Although the Lady Dragons led at one point in the first set, Goyer said the girls could never recover from their silly mistakes in the loss. “It was a rough night for us,” Goyer said.
Lauren Wieland led the Lady Dragons in the loss with two service aces along with two digs and one kill. Rachel Lenz had two digs, one block and one kill while Cara Bishop added four digs, Emily Gregory with two digs, Skyler Shuffield with one service ace and Jenna Kahle with one dig.
The Bunceton Lady Dragons will play tonight on the road against the Eugene Lady Eagles starting at 6 p.m.
