Charlotte P. Ormsby, 61, of Aurora, died Tuesday, February 16, 2010, in her home.
She was born to James and Salina Brisco Pendergrass on October 3, 1947.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne, of the home. During their 46 years marriage, there were three sons born to the family--John and Tad of Aurora and Clinton Ray, who preceded her in death.
Other survivors include: five grandchildren, Cody, Garret, Jed, Mariah and Laci Ormsby, all of Aurora; four brothers, Calvin Pendergrass, Jim Pendergrass, Rick Pendergrass and Billy Pendergrass, all of Aurora; two sisters, Sharon Huse and Carolyn Collins, both of Aurora; and several aunts, nieces, nephews and an abundance of friends.
Being an Aurora area resident for many years and the owner and operator of the very prominent drive-in, Star-Lite, Charlotte will be missed but never forgotten.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, February 20, in the Peterson Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Maple Park Cemetery.
Visitation is from 7 to 8 p.m., Friday, in the funeral home.
