Phyllis Tate Sutton, 69, of Jenkins, died Saturday, February 20, 2010, in St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
She was born to Lloyd and Norma Jones Tate on December 9, 1940, in Joplin. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Johnny Sutton of Aurora and Darrell Tate of Jenkins; one daughter, Jamie Tate of Jenkins; one brother, Charlie Tate of Joplin; one sister, Wilma Tate of Joplin; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two nieces; and great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, February 26, in Peterson Funeral Chapel.
Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until service time.
