Junice Louise Elliott, age 82, of Aurora, Missouri, passed away at 1:07 p.m. on Friday, January 26, 2018, at the Mercy Hospital in Aurora. She was born August 15, 1935, in Maud, Oklahoma, the daughter of William Henry and Ruby (Fricks) Pace.
June was a 1953 high school graduate, a home maker and of the Baptist faith.
On April 27, 1962, she married Carl Eugene Elliott, in Miami, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on January 26, 2005.
June is survived by two daughters, Marsha Barnhart and her husband, Ray, of Aurora and Rhonda Newton and her husband, Michael, of Ozark; two sons, Keith Elliott and his wife, Michelle, of Mt. Vernon and Gene Elliott and his wife, Ronda, of Aurora; four sisters, Irene Eubanks and her husband, Tom, of Warrensburg, Illinois, Dora Haynes of Jacksonville, Florida, Francis Reynolds and her husband, Charles, of Niantic, Illinois and Mary Ellen Mullen of Ft. Collins, Colorado; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents, William and Ruby, husband, Carl, son, Rick Elliott, grandson, Joshua Elliott and sister, Elaine Pace, preceded her in death.
A funeral service was held at on Wednesday, January, 31, 2018, at the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home, in Aurora. Burial followed at the Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora.
