Mada Jeanne Terrell, 84, of Mt. Vernon, died August 23, 2010, at the Lacoba Nursing Home in Monett. 

Ervie E. Keener, 85, of Crane, died August 22, 2010, in Missouri Veterans Home in Mt. Vernon. 

Virginia Mae Sawyer, 75, of Crane, died August 17, 2010. 

Leonard Drake, 65, of Aurora, died August 19, 2010, in his home. 

Bill D. Robbins, 81, of Springfield passed away, August 15, 2010, following an illness of several months. He was strong in his Christian faith and satisfied that he was ready to depart this life. Bill was born August 17, 1928, south of Aurora, and leaves many family and friends in this area. 

Joe Lynn Thurman, of Marionville, son of Joel and Audrey (Teague) Thurman, was born February 21, 1932, in Leann and departed this life August 18, 2010, in his home, at the age of 78. 

Rose Koehler Havelka, age 79, of Aurora, passed away at 3:25 p.m., Monday, August 23, 2010, at the Aurora Nursing Center. 

Ruby Adamson Ewing, 97, died August 18, 2010, at the James River Care Center in Springfield.

Dorothy Ruth Baker, 83, of Galena, died August 16, 2010.  Funeral services were held on August 19, at Horsecreek Christian Union Church at Galena.

BETTY SWADLEY, 84, of Mt. Vernon and formerly of Miller, died August 12, 2010, at the Mt. Vernon Place Care Center.

CHRISTOPHER LEE ERGANIAN, 35, of Mt. Vernon, died August 8, 2010, from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident.

Douglas D. Seneker, 75, of Mt. Vernon, died August 10, 2010, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.

at the Missouri Veteran’s Home.

Maggie Sweeney, 85, of Aurora, died August 8, 2010, in the Aurora Nursing Center.

Keith Winston Logan, 85, of Aurora, died at 11:15 a.m., August 4, 2010.

Patti Charles, 56, of Sarcoxie died Tues. August 3, 2010, in St. John's Hospital in Joplin.
