Significant Incidents:

On February 21, Aurora officer’s were called to McDonald’s for an intoxicated male punching the equipment in the restaurant and then later assaulting a female at the scene. Damon Tate was arrested for domestic assault and property damage.
On February 22, Aurora officers arrested Stacy L. Starr during a traffic stop. Starr had warrants for Lawrence County and the City of Monett. The Lawrence County warrants were for possession of a controlled substance.
The Monett warrant was for contempt of court--failure to comply.
After incarceration in the Aurora jail, Starr was issued a probation violation warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Officers also stated Starr had a controlled substance on his person at the time of his arrest.
On February 23, officers were called to Crosby Park in reference damage to a metal box in the pavilion and several picnic table being overturned. A report was taken and Aurora detectives are conducting an investigation concerning this event.
