“It's finally summertime and we can enjoy the beautiful Ozark outdoors.  The kids are out of school and the grill is hot!” said Janie Derby as she talked about this month’s offering from Angel Food Mission at First Presbyterian Church.

“This month's menu includes items the kids will love and that will fit right in with the grill,” said Derby. “Use the chicken breast chunks with fresh vegetables from the farmer's market for shish kabobs or with broccoli and rice for a quick stir fry.  Cut steaks into strips, sauté with onions and garlic, add a can of cream of mushroom soup and serve over egg noodles for a quick and easy stroganoff. Reduce your shopping time and go easy on your food budget with Angel Food.  If you have extra, consider donating a box to a family in need.”
